Luis N. Week 14

For my final blog post I decided to go with a picture I took of a friend for one my photo-shoot gigs. I really like the source of light that that is coming from outside environment creating shadows on her and giving her a nice definition on her body as the light highlights her nicely.  This picture also has a nice warmness to it since the rest of the room is not lit as much is has a nice amber feeling to it. This picture really feels like that of the plot we have in class where in which we have the PAR in the back creating a shadow figure and that is what the door and the source of light does in this picture giving it this nice effect. What also interest me in this picture is that the focus is mainly on her and isolating her from the rest of the room making it so that the focus is on her and not on the other objects that are present in the room.

  1. Hi Luis,
The lighting really helps captures the moment as if I was looking at a memory. The natural light really highlights the outline of your friend. Aside from the highlights, the shadows around the objects of the room looks really defined because of the light from the outside.
