Brendon Collins Week 8

I chose this picture I took on the way to the play because I saw how the sun was shining through the flag and it caught my attention. The sun designates a clear focus and draws attention to the center. Because of the sun being in the center it gives the sky a nice gradient effect. Because most of the lighting is caught behind the building it creates a nice definition of contrast with shadows and plays with silhouettes of the trees in the background.

  1. Really nice photo Brendon! It's stunning and has a lot going on! Love the description/commentary as well. Love that huge sun source creating bold contrasting shadows and really popping that flag's color. And you're totally right, that sky does have a nice gradient effect! Especially for being so clear! Great work!
